Why is there a monthly fee?
It covers your domain renewal, secure hosting, backups, security updates and any content changes you need. You never get a surprise renewal invoice from a third party.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name and the site is yours. The care plan is for maintenance, not to hold it hostage.
How long does it take?
A Starter site is usually live within a week of getting your content. Larger builds typically take two to four weeks.
I have no logo, photos or text. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that's the normal starting point. I structure the wording for you and can arrange or generate imagery that suits the trade.
